12 Pax bootcamped and 4 ran the Cleaver. Bootcampers recited the Pledge and headed off for a glorious workout. First stop for warm-ups which consisted of Side Straddle Hops, Mountain Climbers, Hillbillies, Shoulder Taps and Seal Claps (not in that order). On our way to the parking decks next to the fire station, we stopped in an empty parking lot and ripped off a quick Dora. We partnered up and did 100 squats, 200 shoulder taps (right/left=1) and 300 American Hammers (right/left=1). Recovered and headed over to the larger parking deck at Kildaire Park (medical buildings across from Cary Wake). Started with 2 Burpees at ground level and increased count by 2 at the top of each ramp, ending with 14 Burpees at the very top. Since we had time left, we performed a quick 7s doing Mountain Climbers and Plank Jax. Upon completion (may have cut short for time’s sake) we headed back towards the flag with a quick stop along the way to get in 10 merkins (in cadence). Recovered and headed to the flag. Have a nice day at 06:14:30. joined by the Cleaver runners, we ended with COT and trunk coffee at the Accord. MIAGD!
