Jog to Swift Creek School Park,

partner up for extenda-dora 50 pull-ups, 100 squats, 200 merkins, 300 LBCjs.

Jog back to the fire station, do some more LBCs, jog back to the flag looping around the parking lot to get to 3.0 miles.
