When the PAX start grumbling during the warmup (which included sequences of high knees + in/out high knees, and more) you know it’s gonna be a good workout. Our 2 miles of maximum suckage started with a few rounds of golf—F3 style—at the frisbee golf course that included lots of burpees, tuck jumps, Jack webbs, monkey humpers, Carolina dry docks, and double-merkin burpees. Everyone made par. Then we had an experience to remember as we did a crawl bear UP the big hill which we will probably be feeling until next Saturday. Next we worked a few sets on the guard rail with extra loud counting to make sure IC Light could hear us from his fart sack. We ended with a ring of fire style Mary where the runner got to call the exercise for everyone else to do. Prayers for our brothers Hermes and Oofda at their big run today.
