Visited FWD (no sign of our friends), ran the trail to McDonalds Woods, then cut through Wimbledon to get back to base. Couple hills took us by surprise. Chops is in marathon training mode and pushed the pace. JDI first-timers Veg, HJ, Half, and Super had no problems. Glad BaB joined us at NYBD. Make it a great day.
