YHC returned to SCary, to what I thought was a high tempo AO in Friday at Shepherd’s Watch. Not wanting to let these high impact men down, we started with a nice warmup mosey just short of a mile, warmed up, and then got to the main event.
Partner 7’s we’re the flavor of the day on the greenway. Burpees on one end, WW merkins on the other, 20 LBC’s every time you passed your partner.
After that we moseyed back to the flag. On the way I confirmed that this was indeed a high tempo AO, to which Staubach and Captain Jack informed me that it is not. 🤷♂️
