Blessed to have had the opportunity to lead 6 Studs at LnL this morning. Started at 0630 with intro, F3 mission and the Pledge. Quick warmups in the upper parking lot at the clubhouse and then headed out for our jog through Lochmere. Too much to type so posting pic of workout plan in the thread. Ended with COT and prayer.
