We kicked off the morning with the pledge and some penalty burpee’s for tardiness. We then proceeded over to TWF parking lot for warmups and more penalty burpees for talking out of turn. The PAX hit the road for a mosey over to the Dr’s Offices parking lot for some Wilt Chamberlain’s 100 LBC’s, 100 SSH, 100 Flutter Kicks and 100 Merkins. We the proceeded to the top parking lot for out and backs which included Bobby Hurley’s and Wojo’s. Once we finished we did 10 Makhyar N Diayes. It was then time for 2rounds of 4 corners to include LBC’s, Boat Canoes, WW2’s and American Hammers. We then Moseyed back to the flag for COT.
