We started with a warm-up lap around Whisperwood stopping for stretches and exercises along the way. Then basically a pearl of strings down the golf maintenance road and back, then down again. Continued PofS along the golf cart path, past multiple “private property, no walking, jogging, running” signs (YHCs thinking is ‘it’s ok, we live here’ 😅). We wrapped up with a quick set of 7s around the disc golf pickle and arrived back at the flag at 7:14, just as planned!
