10 PAX did some pre Murph exercises.
Warm up with penalty burpees for the time Amway left me in the woods. It was determined that it was actually Term Papers idea so I passed the blame on to him.
Thang1: run 3 corners around the sheep then do 12 IC chest, abdomen, and 12 leg exercises. Do 4 times.
Thang2: partner up. #1 does 5 pull ups #2 does 10 irkens. Repeato #1 pull ups #2 derkins, dips, jump ups, step ups.
Thang3: Hurricane Hoedown. 5 Flutter kicks exercises (hallelujah, behind head, reclined, normal, legs at 90). Start with 7IC then 6,5,4,…. Didn’t complete the circuit bc I started my watch late and ran out of time.
Term and Franklin brought the mumble chatter and were often times violating my personal space. YHC had numerous Q errors that were quickly brought to my attention. It was a glorious morning. Loved every minute of it. Prayers for Yogi’s son and Liverpool. Hope the Town of Cary fixes the water leak.
