1 PAX completed a 10K in downtown FV (Run the Quay). Extremely flat course made for fast running. YHC placed 36/354 finishers running at a 7:42 pace. Met my 2.0 for the 5K race afterward (his first) to complete a fantastic morning. Props to @Red Ryder for the assist in making this happen. Also grateful for good health as my goal of 1200 miles looks very attainable. God is good!
