11 studs and YHC crammed 75 minutes worth of boot camp into 44. Everyone worked hard. Hills were enjoyed, classic Dora with stairs, indigenous people run, jump the snake, pick up the shirt, OYO back to the flag, with some burpees and ab work. Beautiful morning!
