YHC checked all the disclaimer boxes for the FNG, then proceeded with a .5 mile mosey to get the blood and sweat really flowing.
After a few stretches, we started Thang 1. 5 burpees at the bottom of Ave of the Estates, 10 CDDs at the entrance to Ave of the Estates, then 15 SSH at the Ederlee crosswalk.
3.6mi achieved with 460ft elevation gain.
Prayers for Staubach’s son coming home from Italy and my is having hernia surgery tomorrow.
