4 dudes met at NYBD3 for a beautiful morning run. The sunrise was on point, many swans and ducks were observed, and BRR strategies were discussed. Having run to launch (
), Jigglypuff peeled off from the pack around the 4 mile mark (about 8 for MR DADA), then the rest of us powered up for 15 minutes at 8:45-900 pace before dialing it back down for a 4 miles of slowzy. Strong run by all with some tailgate lounging in the parking lot ta boot.
