Can’t remember the 3 mile run but DO remember us staying as a group, the fellowship, from every direction, multiple topics, entire workout….a significant part of F3 in how it invigorates, encourages, inspires more leadership in men.
The Lochmere lake frogs were hiding, safe another day. Not a one squished.
Special prayers for TP’s MaryBeth down in Charlotte, and TR’s mom Linda way out left coast Washington….both ladies (and their supporting families) contending with life’s struggles.
