A short mosey to an arm focused warmup with some masterful 6-count-left-center-right-center GMs. Moving on…
Enter the Flying Dragon: at each light pole a burpee into dbl merkin, 2 pair shoulder taps, 2 pair plank jacks, 4 step bear crawl and run to next light pole, and so on for many poles. Moving on…
At the fountain and p garage: slow-down-dips x15 singles for half the crew, the other half balls-to-the-walls or plank with arm fwd extension holds. Flip flop x2. Moving on…..
Upper P lot: a planned 7 of diamonds but, turned into a narrow rectangle of varying counts but 4 circuits remained true.
1st circuit: alligator merkins (walk out 5, come back 5). Do this all 4 corners.
2nd circuit: CDD’s 20 each corner.
3rd circuit: Plank position, arm-reach-forwards. Alternating 5 each side.
4th circuit: plank position, arm-reach-backs-touch-butt-crack AKA Butt Crack Reach Backs 20 each corner.
Movin on….
Backwards mosey uphill thru p-lot with full arm’s up extension. Continued mosey back to the flag.
Chipper got an extra 4 miles out of it. But we stuck together, 8 men, worked out for 45, suffered for a short time, enjoyed the gloom together, including Claypool’s coffee.
Prayers for all the fellas that come out to F3, that they have the extra courage, the boldness to reach out to other men in need, perhaps not part of F3 yet, or those not seen in a while. Prayers for our soldiers, our military, those that battle for us, internally and with our enemies for our freedom here in the USA.
