What a morning! We took to the neighborhood for a pearls on a string warmup and found the greenway on our journey to Macedonia Lake.
Bear crawl inchworm on the greenway, 4-man IP run to the lower east Lake entrance. CMIYC around the lake with a partner.
Mosey back to the flag stopping for a thang reminiscent of the crying dragon near the Harris Teeter lot. A little less crying.
