Jack It Up hosted mystery VQ guest: Baddabingastroolsennugentspayed.
As a warmup for the rest of VQ Week, these guys took turns calling and counting out exercises with a little guidance and filler from the site Q’s. They learned a very important lesson that if you don’t like some exercise, don’t complain, just grab that Q spot and do what you want next time! Good mumble chatter including Shipyard’s recounting of BRR and recovery concerts. All amazed with Chippers double Ocho (or is it an infinity symbol that never stops).
