VQ Trifecta with Astro, Olsen, and FlintSTONE today!
Astro nailed the opening and led the initial mosey over to the Holly Springs parking lot for warm-ups and back.
Olsen expertly led his signature partner/group Thang with group 1 doing an exercise and group 2 running and then switching. Rinse and repeat.
FlintSTONE led us back over to the Holly Springs parking lot for some deflating BLIMPS with squats, plank jacks, merkins, imperial walkers, lunges and burpees. Lots of counting. Well done!
