We took several trips up a modest hill and added in some thigh busting lunges, merkins, and a smorgasbord of abs workouts. Then nothing says fun like painting lines in the dark parking lot, while doing wall sits or fluttering in a low and slow manner. Got back for some courtesy dips, and back just in time to avoid overtime. Lots of thoughts and prayers for Chipper’s speedy recover and a mild lament that my first Q elicited no cursing.
