Respect to our flag, and off we went. Did some distance, getting some warm up exercises after a mile or so, then did some mixed exercise hill repeats over by the Duke blg p lot.
I could have sworn we had 15 PAX. it seems I’m might slipping. Will the PAX will correct me? Mutterings of coffeteria were distracting to the Q at times.
For a fleeting moment there was a run-by sighting of @Texas Ranger, he seemed confused, running in a circle, connected with the PAX, but then split off once redirection was achieved…gone like the cool breeze.
There was NOT a sighting of @Shipyard, even though it was expected.
At COT we prayed for those hurting, Unitard’s mom, @Chipper’s recovery, and a reminder for the following:
