Ran over to the parking deck, mixing in some bearpees, lunge walking and calf raises on the way. Then a round of 7s alternating turk n burps and foxholes. Balls to the wall competition and assorted core excercises to finish up.
Joe Smith kept us entertained with his favorite Lizzo lyrics and ipod playlist. The weather was perfect.
