this was a belated birthday Que for YHC. so after the flying warm ups we went across the street to the 100yd parking lot hill behind the office building. We did 8 trips up the hill and back down with 3 merkins every time you past the center point (thank @red Ryder for that gem). the breakdown:
2 burpees at the bottom x 28 LBCs at the top
4 burpees at the bottom x 14 squats at the top
5 burpees at the bottom x 6 prisoner squats at top
7 burpees at bottom x 8 jump squats at top
Then reverse the order and squats at the bottom at burpees at the top. 8 trips up and back = 48 merkins so we paused on the way back to do 8 more merkins to bring it up to 56. A quick sprint to the flag and we are done. Rumor has it we covered around 3 miles.
