13 PAX enjoyed a cool fall morning. Mosey to parking lot by the ticket booth for a standard warm-up. Thang 1: Group Dora. Exercises switching between partners and then taking a lap around the parking lot. Merkins, LBC’s, Squats. Thang 2: Badger Crawl and Chase-PAX did 10 IC Homer to Marge; Peter Parkers; and Pickle pounders. Then YHC bear crawled while the rest of the PAX ran a pickle around the traffic circle trying to beat me to the arrow on the pavement. I lost the first one and used my Q advantage to take the second. Bluewater is a cold dude. He was letting me bear crawl right before the arrow sign before he was going to tap me out. Thang 3: 7’s on the hill. Superman’s and Doggie Paddles (Bird Dogs).
