I swore off running after BRR, but my guys Staubach and Bluewater are already training for BRR 2023, so I jumped on the JDI Q Sheet. Bluewater and Kiffin sprinted all 5 miles, so I wound up barely seeing him. Alas.
Very sorry to hear Mrs. Mayflower is sick, but it was fun having Mayflower out for his JDI debut.
Chops was tan (ish) after a big week in Mexico.
Strong showing from the DMZ Run Club, with Suck Up, Skull Cap, and Denali all taking a break from running through MacGregor to join us.
