Boy Howdy is there a lot going on a Point Break. Boot Campers, heavy things lifters, and cleaver runners. I don’t know if the cleaver runners will post their own backblast but I have included them in my count. (I think I missed one or two people in *my* count so if I missed you, I apologize – please let me know.

Shout out to Badda for telling me Tuesday morning that I was q’ing today at Point Break.

It was a little chilly this morning but we circled up, said the pledge, and we were off! As I will not be Satan’s cats paw, we did Flying warm up vs normal cadence count warm ups.

Once we were all warmed up we went back to the large parking lot for “Control Freak 4 corner elevens with a side of merkins”. So we did squats at the top, run down to one corner, 3 merkins, run down to the far corner and do 10 jump squats, run up to the next corner, 3 merkins, and run to the top corner where we started. At that point, you either chilcut or picked up the 6. When we were all back together, we started again.

We did this all the way through 10 befor I called an audible as I had a few other things we needed to do. We transitioned to the sidewalk. Half did peoples chair, hard ran the pickle – up the secret stairs and around. We did one round of this.

After our legs were warmed up/tired, we lined up for 3 sets of sprints. (I like sprints)

Circle up with a few Mary exercises and we are done.

We celebrated with Half as he is celebrating his 9 year anniversary.
