Beautiful crisp morning for a ~3 mile mosey. We did a pearls-on-a-string style run, stopping periodically for merkins, squats, sprints, and the like.
A good time was had by all, especially with the surprise double merkin burpess at 6:14. Finished right on time.
Prayers for the UVA community, tough conversations at work, and all of us as the days are shorter and spirits restless.
