2ND FASTEST BB EVER…
We practiced less talk, more exercise but it didn’t work out that way because F3, inherently, just doesn’t work that way.
10 guys flirted with disaster and seemed to enjoy the ground-chalked winky of exercises. Each exercise followed by pickle loop around the building with a backwards run and single burpee at mid point. We had some shadowing walkers on the IR.
All looking forward to @TONNAGE’s VQ this Saturday at Loch n Load.
PRAYERS FOR and families that are hurting this week. There are so many it is difficult to count but we prayed our Lord shares His mercy and grace on us and them.
