Beautiful morning in the gloom. We began with 5 penalty burpees courtesy of Jiggly Puff, followed by a mosey & warm up. Into our first thing – which consisted of a Tabata of Merkins & Pullups. We moseyed some more into our next Tabata which was Squats & RDLs. We then moseyed back to do another Tabata of Mountain Climbers & Plank Jacks. We then moseyed back to the flag for some Mary & some additional Plank Jacks. Prayers for Quiver & his wife as his wife is scheduled for surgery on Thursday.
