10 men made it out to KokaBooth in sub 30 temps to warm their bones and begin Christmas week.

T1: Increasing Merkin counts at each parking lot island, doing merkins each time passing the island – six total islands.
T2: Partners start at a peak on Regency Parkway…one goes to Glade Park and the other to Charmwood – exercises at bottom and top. Merkins and Mountain Climbers in round one, LBCs and LSFlutters in round two.
Back to the parking with an old fashioned Indian Run.
