Six of us moseyed to Lowe’s Parking lot, after reciting the Pledge, for warm-ups. Following warm-up we ran back to rock pile and each grabbed a “respectable” sized rock.

Rock circuit 1 – Curls, Overhead Tricep ext and Overhead Press (10 ct each). Ran bent pickle from BB court to rock pile. Rinse and repeat X3. After 3rd round, we performed the inch worm with ascending merkins 1 to 5.

Rock Circuit 2 – Rock Rows, Flat Press and Squats (10 ct each). Ran bent pickle. Rinse and repeat X3. Then inch worm with ascending merkins 1 to 5.

Rock Circuit 3 – Squat to Overhead press, Calf Raises and deadlift (10 ct each). Ran bent pickle. Rinse and repeat X3.

Finished with a slow standard merkin (15 ct).

Prayers for Flop’s Grandpa Jim for coping with the recent loss of his wife. Prayer’s for Flop and his family as well.
