15 PAX gathered on a beautiful morning.
An unknown number of PAX got in an EC run. We pledged and then started with a long-ish mosey around the church perimeter and then began Thing 1. Thing 1 was a pain-train style ladder that started with merkins and progressed to include jump squats, plankjack-shoulder taps, lunges and finished off with burpees. We then moseyed to the courtyard for a standard DORA and moseyed back to the flag for some Mary which included some work on our hip thrusting game to keep us sharp for the M.
Bojangles hit the spot afterwards.
