Twelve studs followed me around Regency for 45 minutes. Started out with the Pledge and then moseyed to the island out by Ederly for some disjointed warm-ups. Counts were random but got warmed up anyway.
We then headed up Ederly to the parking deck on the right. Random exercises were performed at every other street light on our way. Upon arrival we held ppl’s chair while I explained Thang 1 which was the Pain Train. Different exercise at each of the 5 light pole, increasing by 5 reps at each light pole. Exercises performed were Burpees, Merkins, Plank Jax, Mtn Climbers and Jump Squat. All had a glorious time.
We then moseyed to the lot next to the parking deck and Island hopped. Ran to 1st island and then ran backwards to starting point and did 10 boat/canoes. Ran forward to 2nd islands and backwards to the 1st island and did 10 boat/canoes. Rinse and repeat the rest of the islands with a bear crawl to the last island.
We then headed back to the flag, stopping at every other(ish) light pole and did random exercises. Got back to the flag with a few minutes to spare so did round robin of Mary.
Ended with COT…Lots of things going on so constantly check slack or you will miss out. Continued prayers for Bing’s Mother-In-Law and the entire family.
