Then we made our way over to the playground behind Swift Creek Elementary for a vanilla Dora (100 merkins, 200 Squats, 300 LBCs). The pickle was gloomy and headlamps were appreciated. Crossed to the other side of the playground for a quick set of time-eating Irkins, Derkins, and Dips then back towards the flag with squat-hold stops for traffic lights and a balls to the wall session by the Available Bank (the cameras did not see what Flintstone and Sbarro did to the drive through). Some jog/sprint intervals in the parking lot back to the 🇺🇸 for Mary.
