A perfect 10 HIM showed up to get the week started. Off to the streets we went. Good almost mile warmup jog. Pearls on a string behind the Garmin building and through the Angelica Circle with some variations on SSH’s, squats and a few other leg exercises. Indian run in two groups back to flag just in time.
