Great start to Monday. No snoozing to the ALARM, instead woke up to two rounds of Arm Legs Abs Rrrrs and Mmms. Performed 30 reps each, second set with Coupon. Followed up with my new favorite, RoShamBo Burpees! Should have known we’d need a rubber match, competitive group!
