Mighty group of 14 today for a session of interval training with plenty of single arm swings followed by two rounds of “ManMakers” and some core work all while Pearl Jam and the Chili Peppers kept us motivated. Strong work all around, it was a privilege to lead this morning. This group is now pool season ready!
