Hill repeats on ESTATES AVE from REDFERN to Edderlee then from bottom of hill. Alternate exercises each trip to the top:
10 merkins or 15 squats or 20 reverse LBCs. Great conversation, not sure if we were really counting. Love these smaller groups and the tighter fellowship. Thanks for inviting me.
