7 HIMs graced their presence at Koka Booth this morning. We started the day by running up the Ederlee hill to some warmups in the parking lot, followed by an indian run. Thang 1 was a set of 7s with burpees / merkins & a backward run. Then an Indian Run & Sprint to the parking lot by Koka Booth for Thang 2, which was alternating one legged hops. That was a little less epic than I was hoping for, but still good. Finished with an indian run back to the imaginary flag, with a few extra loops & some mary to hit 3 miles. Great times today! Prayers for Snip & Breezy as they continue to heal.
