Six men and YHC convened in the rainy parking lot of KB. We made short work of the tune up run and warmup and traveled on foot towards Ederlee. At each left entrance, we got busy with with several brands of merkins. We made our way to the split level parking garage where Regency residents park their sports cars when they run out of covered parking space at their vacation homes. Partner up. Speed work on the menu with bunny hops up the stairs and a pickle run while partner tackles the DORA of 100 merkins, 200 squats and 300 LBCs. Back to the flag for some ncaa tournament honoring with defensive stance shuffled around the parking lot. Mary-time and ended with more merkins.
I haven’t been out in a bit and really enjoyed it and appreciate these guys letting me lead today. MIAGD
