6 HIMs showed up to the Koka Booth parking lot this morning. Weather was comfortable for a high tempo workout. We went to the Ederlee Office building parking lot for a warmup and then across for some hill work. All in all, we did 400 American Hammers, Close to 4 miles, and some Merkins and Squats along the way. Announcements included the upcoming Highland Games and the SCARY picnic the next day. Some unspoken prayers to mention as well. Coffee was hot and fellowship was great. MIAGD!
