My bad NCAA picks actually paid off. Researching all the kettlebell exercises and learning more about all the things you can do with kettlebells was great. Eight HIM showed up for a plethora of swings, lifts and a sprinkle of core work. Bluewaters favorite was the Turkish Sit-up! It was a pleasure leading today and go out and MIAGD!
