8 HIM showed up on this fine Monday morning. After an almost mile warm up jog, we warmed up with the standards of SSH, Good Mornings and Merkins. Then we went straight into a regurgitation of the Scottish Snake from the Highland Games. We then made our way back doing SSH to Squats at every other light pole. Prayers for Saban as he runs the Boston Marathon this morning. It was a pleasure being out there with you guys this morning!
