Inspired by Chop’s higher-tempo Hulkamania last week, I put together a full body bells + bodyweight circuit. 6 exercise combos, 1 minute on, 30 seconds off. Repeato for 5 rounds of:
– 20 kettlebell swings + Burpees
– 10 squat thrusters + Bonnie Blairs
– 5 single leg RDLs (each side) + Skaters
– 15 bell chest presses + Merkins
– Bell rows (30 seconds each side)
– Squatted concentration curls + Drag curls (surprisingly hard)
