Sports Car Racing was the theme for today. PAX was greeted upon arrival with a stack of 🛞, ⛽️ cans, and aluminum racing jacks. After a quick warmup, we proceded to carry this stuff all over Jack Smith Park mixing in various strength training manuevers with the tires. Curls, overhead press, squats, Erkins, etc… We found a 🏎 in the back parking lot and pushed it around the circle a few times. Trivia was served throughout the workout and winners chose the next exercise. People started getting competitive, so a few sprint 🏃♂️ races broke out and of course Badda took the 🏁. No outspoken prayer requests, but we remembered people carry burdens and just prayed to be aware and supportive of those needs. Best of all Spade has not skipped a beat with the Cinnimon spiced ☕️… it was excellent. Twas a very interactive morning and appreciate everyone letting me share a passion of mine. MIAGD!
