It was an honor to Q at Flirtn this morning.
After the intro and Pledge we headed out to the medical complex parking lot. Upon arriving, we did a variety of warmups. Once Term Paper started complex we venture to the back upper lot for a DORA (100 merkins, 200 Mtn Climbers and 300 LBC). We then did one set of Mike Tyson’s (learned from Dowry at Highland Games). We headed back to the flag weaving throughout the parking lot doing random exercises. We finished up with Mary and then COT. Lots of stuff going on (check slack). YHC took us out with prayer lifting up all spoken and unspoken prayers/praises.
