10 embarked on YHC’s 1 year anniversary Q + 2 that decided to run. Those that stayed local enjoyed a workout that was highlighted by derkins and irkins on the steps of the church. It was very well received by the PAX so we did it twice. I anticipate we will see that again at a workout in the future. There was also a series of exercises to buy time because these HIM were ready to work today.
