What a great morning for a workout. We started with the pledge and then headed to the spillway. We stopped along the way for some warm ups and then finished warmups at the spillway.
We got our feet wet with Thang 1 which was 11s on the hill. Started out with 10 merkins at the base of the hill, backwards run/walk up the hill with a single jump squat at the top. Repeato until we completed 1 merkin at the base and 10 jump squats at the top. We did modify periodically with a forward run up the hill. After getting our feet wet we grabbed a modest rock and proceeded to do circuit with a pickle run between each circuit (1st circuit: Merkins, OH tricep extensions and lateral raises (10 reps each then pickcle run x 3). 2nd circuit: Rock Rows, Press (on back) and OH pulls (on back) (10 reps each then pickle run x 3). We finished up, returned the rocks and headed back to the flag with erckins and dips sprinkled in along the way. Finished up with chill cut, plank and a mtn climber (10 count in cadence).
