Great group of PAX this morning at Shephards Watch. Got up and running (briefly) before warming up. Decided to buck the trend of the limited run -AO. Took a tour of the grounds before doing a messy team relay of agility drills on the turf. Confusion ensued.
Thang 2 – pain train around the courtyard before heading back to the glad for COT.
