Beautiful day in South Cary for a bootcamp. The mileage on this bootcamp was stonecutter worthy! we moseyed for a bit, did some warmups and then onto thang 1, which was 10 Merkins, Bear Crawl up the hill, 10 Merkins, Crawl Bear down the hill, 10 Merkins.. We did that 7 times. We then moseyed back to the main parking lot for some partner wheelbarrows, followed by some Sir Fazio Arm Circles, Merkins & Mary. Prayers lifted up for Snip’s sister & family & Hallmark’s family. MIAGD!
