Small group of HIMs for another great morning in South Cary.
Longish warmup mosey followed by some warm-ups and stretches.
Run to the bridge for some merkins on each side and in the middle with bridge traversing lunges to get across.
Back to the park for some rock work. Curls for the girls, tricep extensions, overhead presses, rows and 7s (or 21s?) then a little pickle. Repeato x 3.
